Beauty elevates our spirits. Within each of us exists an emotional resonance when engaging a beautiful composition. Seldom do we experience a natural entity that we do not consider beautiful. We may not enjoy so much a particular genre of nature such as the desert, a forest, or ocean but that is a matter of taste, not of the absolute power of nature's patterns. As a designer I may abstract, condense or synthesize these patterns but it is in their understanding that the genesis of great design resides.

Daily rhythms infused within smooth flowing spatial experiences, his studio's work employs the attributes of mystery and wonderment, view and refuge, light and patterned shadow as central themes.
