With an urban park as a backdrop, this sleek office tower rises from the pool upon which it is reflected. The park gives way to a lower elevation plaza, as does the pool in the form of a waterfall. The cascading water's rhythmic vibrancy masks the sounds of adjacent city traffic. Flanking the waterfall, the plaza further entices pedestrians with two-story retail shops that are accessible from the park as well as from the plaza. A restaurant and exercise facility atop the tower completes the composition.
